Refund Policy

At EPIC Mangalore, we value your experience and strive to provide exceptional events and services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required.

Event Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by EPIC Mangalore.

If an event is cancelled, ticket holders are entitled to a full refund.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Customers who cannot attend the new date may request a refund within the specified time communicated.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 working days.

The refund amount will exclude any convenience or transaction fees charged at the time of booking.

Include your name, booking reference, and payment details to help us process your request efficiently.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided for:

No-shows or late arrivals at events.

Changes in personal circumstances after ticket purchase.

Tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms.

EPIC Mangalore reserves the right to make final decisions on all refund-related matters.
